  Very dangerous area due to Manchester police force. But have to shoutout to Hamza a brave security guard who saved me from a racist attack when the police on the phone weren’t keen to help.

  the customer service is so bad. i went there 3 times to ask for the toilet code and they didnt give me it, even though they kept my receipt !!!!!!

  Wanted burger but hate coming here, also filled with bike riders outside and also.a.pain to.get in.the door. Think I stop using this one, not the best

  Absolutely appalled by the customer service we received. I was with my 80 year old grandmother , who has had a triple heart bypass and already struggles to walk. She was desperate for the toilet , so we made our way upstairs and waited around 5 minutes whilst the toilet was in use . When it finally opened, a staff member came out of the toilet and refused to let us in because I didn’t have a receipt- I explained I had already thrown my receipt with my waste downstairs. After explaining my situation and how urgent I was to go , she showed no compassion or understanding whatsoever. It was honestly shocking to see such a lack of basic human decency- especially in our situation. Thankfully , wingstop a couple doors down were kind enough to let us use their facilities without any fuss or ordering any food ( unlike I did in McDonald’s) Really disappointed 😢

  Customer Compliment – Outstanding Staff Member I would like to express my sincere appreciation for a member of your cleaning staff at your restaurant. On the morning of 26 April at around 10:49am, I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee while carrying four breakfast meals for my family. It was quite a stressful moment, especially with children around. A member of your cleaning staff kindly came over to help us immediately. She was extremely professional, calm, and thoughtful. Not only did she clean everything quickly and efficiently, but her attitude made us feel reassured and cared for. Her kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference to our experience that day. Please pass on my thanks to her, and I hope her excellent service can be recognised by your management.
